ESSPS Partner - Owens Corning, Steve Kosinski, Sales Operations Leader PSLS 4740 Advanced Sales – seniors The class will be in the middle of a unit that uses Excel and other tools to get better at quantitative skills such as market analysis, sales projections, ROI calculations, break-even-analyses, simple commission calculations, and others. The purpose is to boost our students’ self-efficacy and abilities in quantitative skills and in the utilization of programs, such as Excel. A speaker that can talk about why quantitative skills are important to selling and give specific examples of the types of data and calculations that they (the speaker) must use in their job would be especially helpful. Target speaker is someone (or a team) who consistently uses financial acumen, quantitative skills, and/or data in their job.
